To a small extent. They are pretty much all about soccer.
We opened a branch facility in Sao Palo about twenty years ago and I actually gave one of the managers a KC Chiefs SB IV commemorative football when he visited my office, as he seemed very interested. Sao Palo was a sad place to visit, so much poverty. |

Had a high school exchange student from São Paulo, in the early 90’s to my very small hometown. Can’t even imagine the enormous culture shock he must’ve had as a 16 year old. Very bright kid, but man…. When it snowed, that dude was on another planet. First time was an usual big snow over Halloween, nobody went trick or treating that year, and he had no reference to that activity, but the next day when the streets were full of snow, I visited his house family, as they were very close and remain good friends. You should have seen this guy…. In his best Portuguese but pretty good English, “WAT DIS DIS?!?!?” He was so concerned! Not even happy about seeing snow for perhaps the first time in his life…. Oh Guillermo….

Odds of at least one player getting arrested for solicitation or someone traveling with the team being robbed at gunpoint are 75%-78%

In 1987 during carnival I stayed for two weeks at R. Barata Ribeiro, 222 - Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 22040-002, Brazil
The Cruzeiro was in the middle of a collapse and they were changing currencies to the Cruzado, doing a reverse of 1000 old cruzeiros for 1 cruzado. Large bottle of beer on beach about .40, 5 shrimp on a stick about $1.50 and a giant dinner for 4 at a restaurant on Copacabana Beach boulevard of steak, veal, appetizers, sides, beers, drinks, wine and dessert came to $40 with tip. It eas crazy even back then. |

Although I do agree with this sentiment, the NFL is going global. Nothing is going to stop this effort. USA fans are not going to stop watching NFL games because 1 game a year is played outside the USA.

However, I wouldn't watch a Packers-Eagles game if they were playing in my backyard. |
