Saw one promo for it, but then forgot all about it - a sad side effect of the History Channel now only occasionally dabbling in actual history. Seems like every time I'm channel surfing, its either airing Pawn Stars or Swamp People.

Don't forget Ancient Aliens. I'm not saying it's aliens. But it's aliens.

Or the old barn raiders. Because fleecing old rednecks out of 70 year old gas station signs is apparently historic.

Got to give them credit for Grant and their earlier miniseries from 2020, Washington. Seems like they are starting to put more a little more effort into their founding mission. Hopefully they get the viewers to justify more of this work.

They seem to be rebroadcasting it in reverse - I caught the tail end of the last episode, and now I'm watching the second episode.

It seems pretty well done. I'll record the whole thing and watch it at some point.
