In a much more real sense though, this thread takes me back to the Midwest non-committal days of deciding where to eat with my parents and siblings.
My wife never liked deciding where to eat so our process was that I’d ask her what she wanted and she’d turn to our kids and ask them. It used to frustrate me that we were letting our pre-teens decide what was for dinner, but I learned to either take matters into my own hands or, more often, just live with it. We were very much in the Midwest non-committal culture, or at least my wife was.

That's what happened when my wife and I were alone and she didn't have the kids to ask.

So, you picked this place because it's a Chiefs bar.

Probably bringing a buddy of mine as well. He's not a true Chiefs fan, but as his team is out of the playoffs he's a temporary honorary Chiefs fan.

Looking 50/50 at the moment.

Is there anywhere in town I can score some Chiefs gear? All I have with me are a hoodie and a track jacket. It’s gonna be 70+ tomorrow lol

I would try Dick's Sporting Goods or Just Sports.

Call them today to find if they carry Chiefs stuff onsite. Make sure you let them know you want to buy it onsite, not order it.

It's going to be 76 degrees tomorrow as a high.

Thanks! I was at Dicks last night and they only had Cardinals gear. I’ll try Just Sports.
