*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

He still missed a lot of throws of 20+ yards. If he doesn't overthrow Williams in the AFC CG it's a completely different game.

Hopefully first time nerves. And those never happen again.

When he sets his feet (even moderately) he’s golden. He failed to do so on that throw

When the pocket is clean, few (if any) are better than Mahomes

This is true. It’s his only area of improvement, overthrows deep

Yeah this is true and that is going to get better and better. It already did from his first start in Denver.

He probably isn’t great at it yet bc he didn’t have to do it much in college, but he’ll get there.

Mahomes, like many, most young QBs needs to learn to get some air under his deep balls.

Yes, especially when the guy is as wide open as Williams was. Just loft it up there.

Clark playing hardball with money is really the only thing I see.

tl;dr: impossible. I love him.

if you listen to Coach Chris Beards Press conference yesterday, he talks about Mahomes and how genuine he is and his love for Tech BB. He knows a lot of players on the team and loves supporting them.
