What color Corvette would you buy?

Hypothetical: you let your friend drive your Corvette and he wrecks it and walks away.

Your insurance covers replacement costs as well as any damage to the Lamborghini that hit you, so you're now at the dealer picking out your new car.

What color do you select?

Here's a convenient link to some dealer site that makes it easy to look at colors. (Scroll down the page a little bit.) If they chat you, don't identify yourself as an NFL player.

https://www.copelandchevrolet.com/mo...?colorCode=GSJ

Poll coming faster than you can run down the highway holding a mysterious bag.

The apricot BMW was a work of art. Chicks dug the apricot.

I mean, I presume they did. They didn't approach me because I was married.

They look good in most colors but I like the Artic White or Silver. I love the black too but I have a black car and I wont be doing that again.

I can hardly go anywhere that someone doesn't comment on the Laguna Blue Stingray. I haven't really put the hammer down in it though. I drove my '04 Coup up to 140 on a big hwy out in Pheonix. That was fast enough for me.

Laguna Blue

On the way to Phoenix we took the route through Payson and part of that route is flat and is in a National Forest. I'm tooling along going 100 or so and I see the Watch Out For Moose sign. I slowed to about 90 and I watched out for the Mosses. I didn't see any.

Yup.

Always like that Royal Blue sort of color. Not navy but not powder blue. I think it was Toyota that had Blue Mica metallic on cars in the mid-90s and that was the first one where I was really wowed by the color on a sports car. Viper GTS Blue looks great as well.

Livestock trucks are the worst.

Those open portholes along the side drag so much air with them. Even going the opposite direction of one of those suckers on the bike is just awful. You get blasted by a wall of buffeting air and about the time you've adjusted to it it's just gone entirely and you're adjusting again.

Hate those damn things.

Agreed, do the same thing on a motorcycle. The wind feels like it's going to pick you and your bike up and slap you both back down on the ground sideways.

Red, obviously. Though if I could get that silver with the two blue racing stripes in the pic above, I'd take that in a heartbeat.

I think I’d go Torch Red or either of the blacks.

Though I will say all the colors look good on this car, even the ugly ass yellow, green and orange. Can’t go wrong.
