Take Kelce away from KC and what happens? Denver hasn't had a threat in the middle of the field since Julius Thomas left. If Denver can add Saquon and a good receiving TE, it would open things up tremendously for our two Pro Bowl WR's on the outside.

You don't have pro bowl Wr's anymore. They're old and broken down.

Take Von away from the Broncos D and it's a bottom 5 unit.

I don't really understand the thinking.

Mahomes, Watkins, Hill, Kelce, Hunt>>>your Denver scenario.

So denver just needs arguably the best TE in the nfl and a top 5 pick RB to make their ancient wrs actually be effective? Sounds like a full proof plan.

They were bottom 3rd last year in points allowed...their fans still think it's 3 seasons ago and they are elite.

Donks are down their #1 corner and #1 RB...they might have to use their 1/2 round picks just to replace them. Hoping to break even on a 5-11 team isn't a great way to improve.

Case Keenum had Stefon Diggs, Adam Theilen, Kyle Rudolph, Jerrick McKinnon/Latavius Murray as weapons with Shurmur as his OC and an OL that only gave up 22 sacks in his 15 games.

And he only had 22 TD’s in an amazing environment.

Denver doesn’t have that surrounding cast or coaching Knowmo. And Case Keenum isn’t going to make it any better. He was shit with a shit team in LA and average with an amazing cast in Minnesota.

.
Vikings ranked 6th in sacks allowed...Denver 30th.

Dont forget they played indoors for half their games too...that will pad accuracy stats.

Expecting Keenum to actually improve under worse conditions is classic Donko logic.

In other words:

If Pat Mahomes was available at 11; we would have drafted Pat Mahomes at 11.

In a bit of sad news, sounds like Pat Bowlen is declining pretty rapidly.
