Looking at IMDB, dude had a ton of credits and had been working steadily since the 60s.

Recently watched Flesh+Blood on Amazon. I remembered it as a kid. Definitely a Verhoeven movie with all the violence and gore.

LadyHawke was probably my fave role of his.

blind fury was great even though it was a Zatoichi ripoff. I really liked blood of heroes when I was a kid



its a football game with a dog skull instead of a pigskin. and offensive linemen use kusari-gama weapons instead of blocking. its awesome 80s post-apocalyptic fun.

Great Actor, he'll be missed. I still remember Hobo with a shotgun and surviving the game, crazy flicks. He was in many ways along with Bruce Campbell the kings of B movies.

Dude was spot on as an actor.

"Surviving the Game" was one of the most incredible and unique movies I ever saw and Rutger was tits in this. Of course Gary Busey had to be in something so crazy!
