Is this "better" than the original? I'm not sure. But when Weezer and Weird Al do a video together, it's worth talking about I suppose

What Hurts the Most (Rascal Flatts) covered by Aaron Lewis (Staind)

He's singing the original version, written by Jeffrey Steele. The song's rights were sold to a record company, and then of course Rascal Flatts ruined it and the song was put on the radio.

Actually a decent song when performed this way. Def better than the shitty RF version.

Hopefully Mr. Steele is getting royalties.

I've got a friend who lives decently off all the songs he's written. Oddly enough, he has a wonderful voice and perfect pitch, but has been tossed from two bands who got a recording contract because he looks like an ugly Uncle Fester.
