Numbers from week ending 4/17 saw a >40% reduction in gasoline demand in our market (Midwest).
Diesel demand has been steady. Crude supply starting to decline from lots of domestic producers as well as Canada. If you're in the northern part of the US you may see refined product prices increase if Canada supply dries up. Most of those refineries are almost exclusively dependent on cheap Canadian crude. We are way over supplied with gasoline right now. The only lever to pull for most in the O&G industry is cut supply to stabilize prices. Eventually demand will increase and we will have the inverse problem. |

Think I could get a bank to loan me money so I can buy up a bunch of gas and sell it once it goes back up?

comic book...10c
bag of chips...10c coke....15c huge bag of penny candy gas less than a buck a gal Yep, it was the best of times. I got a buck a week for an allowance, I was living high on the hog. I would save at least a buck a month so at the end of the month..... What sucked was that ****ing gum was usually up against my fav card in a pack, it was uncanny.
