Let's talk about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Super Bowl Edition)

Second straight Super Bowl win incoming.

Time to send old man Brady out to pasture.

There was a repeating theme as the season ended...Chiefs would get up 2 scores and coast to the finish line.

These were the scores heading into the 4th quarter

vs. Bucs 27-10...ended 27-24
vs. Dolphins 28-10... ended 33-27
vs. Saints 32-15 (Chiefs scored 2 minutes into the 4th)...ended 32-29

They only became close because KC took the pressure off...Chiefs scored a total of 3 points in 3 games at the end.

The miss on the Mahomes to Hardman pass was the only thing that kept it from being a true blowout.

They were absolutely screwing around during the Falcons game...threw a pass to Mahomes on 4th and short in FG range? That was a bit arrogant and it almost cost them the game...

Let's talk about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Super Bowl Edition)

I’m seeing a lot of the Bucs figured us out after the first quarter talk. It’s remarkable that people still haven’t learned how these Chiefs operate. They’ve done the same thing all season, but instead of seeing what’s actually happening, it’s the they aren’t that good due to close games.

First off, I don’t think missing an easy 90 yard TD in the third quarter constitutes being figured out. But also, there was no reason for the Chiefs to fully adjust to whatever change the Bucs were doing on defense. And now that is going to pay off big. The Bucs will likely roll with their second half game plan, but have absolutely no idea how the Chiefs will attack it. They will get destroyed all over again, just in a different way, just like the Bills.

I’ll be interested to see if the refs “let them play” against Brady and the Bucs. If they don’t....then 3rd downs are going to suck because he’ll just toss it up and then complain about interference.

Coaching is an enormous advantage in this game in favor of KC.

I disagree with the word “only”.

The Chiefs had first and goal at the TB 1 and settled for a field goal on the first drive.

The Chiefs had first and goal at the TB 8 and Mahomes fumbled on a sack to turn it over on their 5th drive.

The Chiefs had a first down at the TB 11 and Mahomes threw 3 straight incompletions (that doesn’t happen often) to settle for a field goal at the end of the first half.

The Chiefs punted on 3 straight possessions in the second half to allow TB to creep back in the game.

The miss to Hardman was bad, but we had SEVERAL missed opportunities in that one.

They ****in' better

I loved the officiating in our AFC title game (except for not ejecting Bills players for cheapshot blindside hits, but whatever).

So Jordan Whitehead one of Tampa's safeties has an issue with his labrum and "other shoulder issues" and says he's playing.

Good luck dude you'll be a 1 armed man out there.

So you’re stealing her ticket and going? Or is she getting two tickets?

LOL I wish. Tickets are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and can only be issued to vaccinated (both 1st & 2nd dose) healthcare workers. She has to bring both her ID and her work ID and both will get scanned and need to match the name on the ticket.

They're providing free parking passes too

That’s awesome and shitty at the same time.

The Chiefs are in the SB and it’s where you live.....and you can’t go. ****.
