Drinking a few beers after work brought this from the smoker.(after an hour resting) They look a little dry but were anything but. I should have brined them for the camera.I need to get a better phone or take the time to grab a real camera.

Nice FMB, I’d have cut steak up for four rolls and used the slammers to sop up the gravy. Not a huge potato fan but the okra was nice call

Not an okra guy here. Funny story though, wife planted some okra in the garden and was all about that action. Anyway, the way she prepared it was to boil the shit. I ate one and it had roughly the consistency of snot. Virtually everybody I told about it thought it was a terrible idea. I think I unintentionally stared a rumor mill about the wife. |
