It's literally one ****ing rep where one guy knocked him off balance and a LB cleaned him up.

We all just saw this happen to Tyreek in the playoffs. It means nothing.

I agree but this will be a strategy that will be deployed by defenses.. It really is a risky move because if he beats it.. Its a big play..

Probably an over reaction by me..

Guys are only gonna be able to jam him like that in certain plays and it's gonna lead to him blowing by a guy who is in man coverage against him. Not concerned at all.

In that video that LB isn't able to recover after he does that hit.

Most teams don't have the corners to play much press, it's something that could be an issue in certain matchups, but not a huge deal. No one thinks Worthy is going to be a traditional X receiver.

Yeah and provided everyone is healthy they’re going to have to count on the other corner pressing and staying with Brown.

Honestly I think we’ll see a lot of 2 deep and very little press man. Spags is on our side.

I think we will too. Defenses are going to have to pick their poison against us and they're going to settle for trying to keep everything in front of them and playing bend don't break.

Andy Reid is the king of pre snap. We have a wizard at Qb and if they put their big physical corner on Worthy to bully him Rice and Kelce have a more favorable matchup. A lot of chicken littles in this thread. Teams tried jamming Tyreek early on. This too shall pass.

Yup. There's fewer true "shut down" and press man corners than ever. Everyone wants to prevent the deep stuff with zones in the pass happy NFL. Once you put all that speed out there to stay with these Indy Car WR's you get mauled by TE's and the running game.

After adding all this speed and multiple deep threats I would have loved to add a change of pace phat back. Some later round poor man's Gus Edwards type to beat up on DB's.

Not many have enough to press Hollywood and Worthy at the same time. Press our 4.22 guy? Heres a 4.3/4 guy. Oh and Rice and Kelce.

As long as you don't have a one read QB like Miami, press isn't that big of a deal.

It is if you get pressed to Belieze like Hill did. It's a lot harder to throw open a WR that's on his ass...

I’m not worried about it, but it seems Reid likes to bring Kelce in motion at the snap and you can’t have both him and Worthy moving at the same time. At some point, Worthy will need to work on not getting manhandled at the LoS on his own.

Also, for the record, Tyreek was like 5’8” 185 to Worthy's 5’11” 165. There is a massive difference in weight/build, and presumably strength, between the two.
