I didn't have a problem eating the spaghetti pizza like a pizza it didn't fall apart as long as I kept each slice level. It was ****ing fantastic. I can't wait to have it again when I go back to Fort Scott but my girlfriend takes me to different places to eat all the time .

We're about halfway through the aging process. Two weeks and a couple days. Couple weeks to go. It's substantially smaller than fresh, and it's formed a nice pellicle.

Eggs with naan bread, two ways.
One with avocado spread on the naan topped with a over medium fried egg, sauteed onions and salsa. One with grape jam topped with a over medium fried egg. Had been hesitant to try eggs with grape jam but tonight I decided what the hell. It was fantastic. Will definitely be doing that again. |

I did ribs in the crock pot express. I was pleasantly surprised how good they came out, fell off the bone, all the fat rendered out and they were still moist.
