You can laugh at the Broncos for a lot of things but taking Chad Kelly with the last pick in the draft isn't one of them.

That's amazing value.

I personally wanted us to get him. Yeah, he's bat shit but if I gave you his game tape and you had no idea who he was you'd think he was a shoe in for day 2.

Agreed. He was selected in a throw away pick. The potential vs. cost ratio is about as good as it gets. If he never plays a down it won't matter. If he even contributes as a scout team qb it's a win.
