I'm sure it's been mentioned, but we wanted that LB that the Raiders cut. He was #3 on our list.

Im not real sure because I missed the early version, and was sleepy and had to watch the midnight showing, but in the Huard family scene, I thought I saw Hootie in the background humping the family dog ....

Croyle played at Alabama, in the SEC, in a pro-style offense. He's a 24-year old, 2nd-year player who is struggling to learn the offense.

Printers played at TCU and Florida A&M in an option-run offense that emphasized his feet more than his arm and went on to run the same style of offense in Canada. He's been in the offense three years (after two seasons in the CFL) and can't even crack the 2nd string.

At least Printers has shown some improvement.

good show, just watched it this morning. laughed my ass off a few times, felt empathy for the guys getting cut.

Sipp too, even though he's on the practice squad. He called his dad to say he made it one day, and had to call back the next.... He needs to learn the O, and he'll be back. Speed or no, did you see his blocking, and watch him drag three defenders for a few extra yards? We need that fire on this team.

I hope we trade Sammie
