Fake ID's are perhaps harder to come by than they used to be.

But in some states a woman drinking alcohol in a bar and then showing you a state ID that appears valid and appears to show she is 21 is not a defense against her turning out to be under age.

Don't remember which exact state but I remember reading a story about it.
