Media gone ape shit for Lamar. All over him and his competitive prowess. The best game Lamar ever played is the 7 point loss to KC.
Allen all over again after the 13 seconds. Best he ever played was the 6 point loss to KC. Its stupid.

Lamar is 4.4 Alex Smith.

That's all he is and all he will ever be.

He thinks he can keep playing street ball instead of playing QB.

He tried to play the ball and in the process bumped into Likely in a way that doesn't appear to have actually altered where his foot came down.

Had he actually PUSHED him, I'd give him credit for it.

But he didn't even get that right.

Bolton played really bad football last week. But onward and upward.

I think it is perfectly reasonable for a ref to rule that his foot touched a blade of grass in bounds a micro-milli second before it touched a blade of grass out of bounds and the TD should have stood.

You know, that is what they call a 'bang bang' play.

But if his foot touched out of bounds 0.5 micro-milli seconds later... WHOA! Hold on now, then there would be clear and convincing evidence to overturn.

That's also a remarkably stupid interpretation of the rule.

It's like saying that if a guy's heel comes down inbounds but then the rest of his foot falls OOB, he's actually inbounds because the catch was complete when the heel landed.

Huh? That's just...not correct. They don't break the foot into component parts here, fella. Your foot is inbounds or its OOB.

Likely's was OOB.

Ravens will try too hard to win games rest of the season. This will haunt them and wear themselves out before playoffs. They may miss the playoffs and all I can say is toe-rrific.

I love that after a playoff caliber AFC team gets beat by the Chiefs the opposition just forgets that they still have more games to compete in and they fall apart and either barely makes the playoffs or miss it entirely.
