*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

He's a young QB. You can be the biggest Mahomes homer in the world and still say that he might need some time to get used to the NFL. Those aren't conflicting statements.
This has been my stance. I think the world of Mahomes and think it’s one step back equals two steps forward. But there are guys like KK on 810 who believe Mahomes better be king shit right away or trading Smith was a bad trade. Some of these people’s viewpoints are hilarious. Like Mahomes isn’t allowed growing pains or anything. Besides, it’s not like we are pimping a 4th round QB, Mahomes has the goods and everyone sees it. I can’t ****ing wait for this season. For the first time, I’m going to watch KC have the promising young QB and not have to watch someone else’s team have that QB that kicks KCs ass.

Jan 1, 2018. And the rules are already established and ready to roll. Not even the "mod" can **** this up.

In the mean time, I'll just enjoy Threetard's well-deserved title prior to the "mod vote".

Everyone is expecting Mahomes to struggle and the Chiefs to finish dead last in the division. Thank God for Peter Schager who actually understands what’s going on in KC.

“They lost Alex Smith!” No we didn’t “lose” him. We have him the **** away. God you would think Andy would get a little more credit for his QB knowledge.

Yes, this seems to be the new narrative among the media and several posters on here. "Mahomes threw an INT during the OTA'S- See the Chiefs will finish LAST!!!"

I can't believe we "Lost" Alex- we are doomed.

Instead of getting into a pissing contest with someone, perhaps someone who is a "moderator" should handle the matter in a professional way and quit throwing flame on the fire.

I'm pretty fine with most of the media doubting.

Most of those mouth breathers are idiots. I would be more worried if everyone was on the bandwagon.

I am excited to see what he can do with a Stacked Offense, weapons galore.

Sink or swim he has had a story book entry into the league. He will earn all the Escalades or ridicule he receives. Hopefully he continues to put in the hard work and leads us to the promise land.

I can't wait for the upcoming season. I just hope we don't catch the injury bug.

luckily, we won't have to worry about Demetrius Harris catching any part of the injury bug.
