My son's T-Ball game ran late, and I've got an early day shift tomorrow, so we had to throw together a quick dinner tonight. We went full poverty mode with Cheeseburger biscuit cups. Very easy to make, and pretty damn tasty. Sure, you could just make quick cheeseburgers, but these are fun for the kids to help with and make them feel like they're eating something more unique than a burger. We went with corn and broccoli on the side, because we're trying to teach the kid to have vegetables at every meal...something I was not taught when I was a kid.
The beef mixture has ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in it. It's a tad sweet, but it works. http://togetherasfamily.com/2017/07/...-biscuit-cups/ |
