2019 Free agency Thread
We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.
If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research. https://overthecap.com/ |

Jace Sternberger would have a bigger impact than about any WR we could draft.
He’s a giant WR with plus speed. Those guys are incredibly difficult to defend, especially if you have to defend two of them |

The Chiefs need to have some TE's that can put their hand in the dirt and block a little. |

Bunting will go in the 2nd, no way he lasts until the 3rd.
This is a prototypical CB that runs routes better than most wide receivers. Other teams avoided him all last year at Central Michigan so his numbers were low. He's going to be the interception guy for sure and I'd LOVE to have him on this team to go with Breeland, Fuller and Honey Badger. |

Bunting is his 13th ranked CB in this draft. Bunting is not in his top 50.

Just going to put this here. At the 1:08 there is a short interview with Bashaud Breeland.

I'm just thinking that Ziggy Ansah might be an outlet valve for Veach if he cannot trade for Clowney or Clark.
I mean trading up or staying put in the 1st round and picking a good DE plus signing Ansah could do it too for next year and beyond. |

I had read that the Seahawks had like 10 million in cap room and that was BEFORE the new Wilson contract.
I would think that a Clark trade HAS to happen now? Right? |

The #Chiefs are currently slated to have $58M in cap room in 2020. Cutting Sammy Watkins saves another $14M. Cutting Eric Fisher would save $10M.
Those two cuts would result in ~$82M in cap space for 2020. That’s a lot of money WR with our first 3 picks. |
