Baby Lee. You suspect all you want. Google it
I have never done this but mix curing salt into water pan and add vinegar and quickly close the lid and back off. The vinegar will reduce the nitrite in the salt to Nitrous Oxide coating the meat and making a smoke ring with heat. Others say that curing salts alone with heavy wood smoke will do it. I've smoked a lot of meat that never got a smoke ring but tasted great but I have never "fudged" it to make it look better. |

The outcome may be the result Sweets has been waiting for, as he recently found Kansas's laws lacking when dealing with Necrophilia cases.
Must be bad if it needs 3 glasses of milk to get it down. His last situation arouse from beating a dead horse which also appears to be legal in many states. |

If you ever need a plan ahead dinner to start in the morning while you run. I strongly suggest giving this a shot. Very tasty.
Next time I am going to try adding the stuffing later in the cook time. Like an hour before my mashed potatoes are done. Might add an extra bag of vegetables too (depending on diners). |
