Three options:
1. Join Mountain West. 2. Go Independent (very unlikely as it's not fiscally possible for them) 3. Shutter football. Their only possible hope is that ESPN or FOX tells Big 12 to pick them up with a nice pay raise to the Big 12 conference. But I would be surprised. |

ESPN wants that west coast presence So if they do that would you add wash at and Oregon state or cal and std ford Thst would out then at 18 And now it looks like Gonzaga and maybe UConn might be joining fit basketball only. Making it 20. If they add the other 2 So that raises other questions. If you’re going to add a team. Maybe UNLV? SDSU? Vegas is a growing market. And SDSU has a new stadium and west coast Or you look out east? Big 12 is in a great place. Big tv markets despite what Colin Coherd said today. (Small irrelevant markets). Spanning 3/4 time zones. Same as the Big 10. Despite Colin gloating about the B10 having that Big 12 will be the elite basketball conference and I believe that will go a long way. |

I would just get UCONN and Gonzaga as basketball members only, and just call it a day, and wait to re-up again in a few years with the idea of picking off some ACC schools. |

They did do well. The big winner is the Big 10 as they took the four biggest schools in the Pac with the Big 12 getting the next four. Definitely a long way from the days of when the Pac had the chance to kill the Big 12 and didn’t do it.

Arizona fans already talking shit in basketball.
I'm going to enjoy beating their ass every season now. Also Arizona has been a first round exit six times in the last two decades, maybe playing some defense will better prepare you for the tournament, you goddam pussies |
