Best on Baked Potatoes
My convection microwave has a dual cook option that nukes the inside and crisps the outside. I brush on bacon grease and sprinkle sea salt. Big Idaho spud done perfect in 20 minutes. Pop it open and sprinkle a little shredded cheddar, sour cream and chives. Butter not needed due to the bacon grease taking its place. |

Hey, I just read today that bacon has something that aids memory!

The pics I did earlier are at 500 degrees. YMMV. I've never had any problem, but paper burns at 451. You'd probably be fine for the short time the pizza will be in the oven. But don't blame me if it catches fire. |

Okay, thanks. I think I'll try it without the paper this time, just cornmeal. I don't care if it's a mess. I'd rather clean up a mess than destroy this attempt by ruining the pizza.

I've also been told that at my altitude and RH, the hippy dough does best if the dough is cooked 4 to 5 minutes by itself, then take it out and ad the sauce, cheese and meat?

I usually lightly cook my dough like that first anyway. And I think I am at the lowest point near the sea.

Nice looking pizza FMB. I think I'm going to make some dough up tonight for tomorrow. This thread is making me want some pizza, not that I need any help.
