Technically, "blood pudding," but it's a sausage made from pork/cow blood, suet or pork fat and oatmeal or some other cereal grain. Honestly, it sounds a lot worse than it is. It's actually not bad at all, but you'd probably rather not know what's really in it. |

No German or French food fans? I am not German but love a lot of their foods and pastries. Same with French foods I mean who hasn't had their mouth water to foods cooked by Jacques Pépin or Julia Child?
