I don't understand the Goff hate.

Gurley really messed that offense up last year. Give him a running game and he's just fine.

That's kind of the point though. They are paying him the type of money for a QB who can carry the team on his shoulders. He is not that guy.

Part of me thinks we’re just becoming kinda spoiled as Chiefs fans.

We watch Mahomes every week, a guy with talent that is so rare you really don’t see it anywhere. There’s probably what, 4-5 elite QBs on any given year and the rest all need quite a bit of support to win the big one. Even the elites need good support to pull that off.

Now, Goff is probably overpaid yes but the question becomes how easily could they upgrade? Idk

For me it doesn’t have anything to do with Mahomes. The guy just isn’t that good. He’s probably about league average.

I think Mahomes is the only QB who doesn't need a run game. It's nice to have, but he doesn't need it.

Lot of people have been whining that Pete Carroll limits Russell Wilson. But I saw someone did an analysis that showed Russell is not as effective when they abandon the run game. He is a lot better when he can use play action.

Meanwhile we got bus driver Prescott tonight. Dude needs everything to be perfect for him. But wants to be paid more than anyone in the game. It's laughable.
