Spanish Gardens, used to be made in an old A+P? Grocery store the Silva's operated as a restaurant in the front, manufacturing in the back, in KC, KS 40+ years ago. Tho owners are the ones who taught my mother her recipe and techniques for her killer enchiladas which she would make 200 of them at one time.

Turned out a little sweet, but excellent on a dog and Fritos. Texture was just right - that really fine burger texture. You get that by adding a little water or stick to the meat at the beginning, not actually browning the meat.

Hell Yeah. Throw a pork chop and some fried potatoes on the side and it's my favorite meal.

What is that, sausage, sauerkraut and apple sauce? What's the drink, beer with lemon? Oh, and nice shoes.

Yeah, there are fried potatoes up on the right. Hard to see though. Kinda all blends together on the plate. Beer is Blvd Wheat.

I'll tell the kid you dig them, he thinks they're pretty cool.

I had roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, homemade mac and cheese, French cut green beans, and made a loaf of bread in the machine. Glass of milk X 2 to wash it down.
