Really? I thought that was Squirmin Herman Mother****ing Sack of **** Edwards in the R2P2 "we don't need the circus offense" days.

Apparently it's a well known quote from Woody Hayes.

Color me wrong.

I say this every time I watch Dallas play - why aren't they using Dowdle more?

He's not flashy but he's a good ballplayer.

Yep. Honda engines won the constructors every year between 1986 and 1991 including all three of Senna's WDCs.

I think I just assumed they were using that Cosworth Ford that so many teams used around then.

Pittsburgh defense running out of gas. Steelers offense not giving them enough rest throughout the game.

He was fairly busy in the first quarter(ish). Hasn't really done anything in a bit though.

But honestly, they need to find other options. If that means Turpin and Tolbert, that's what it means. It's not the worst thing for them to have Lamb draw attention all day.

He's had Fitzpatrick occupied damn near every snap and has opened up a lot of space for the other guys.

But if the Steelers are going to sell out to stop Lamb, Dak needs to take what's out there.

I think that would be 1985 the final team would be using the natural aspirated Cosworth.
Pretty sure it was Tyrrell as the last team using it, going off memory here though.

Dowdle needs to get 15 carries and 5 catches/gm for the next few games.

As long as teams are going to bracket Lamb, there's going to be room for him to operate. They need to use him.
