Reid didn't help matters with his "day to day" bullshit that started around week 4 or 5. While we were trying to trade for Earl Thomas there were reports that the Chiefs expected Berry back in a week or two. That obviously never happened and combined with his "spirit" bullshit it sure seemed like he just couldn't be bothered to play.

I'm fully convinced if we had traded for Thomas and he was healthy we win the Super Bowl in Mahomes first year.

I think you're right. All we needed that season was a play or two extra that needed to be made. Even with Dee Ford lining up off sides, had we had a Safety to cover Gronk in that OT drive, who knows what would have happened.

Fast forward to this year - I'd sure HATE it to be a wasted year of Mahomes, Reek & Kelce because of a shit defense, again.

That drive was like being repeatedly shanked

A low-risk signing, Gordon could pay off quickly. He was described looking like a No. 1 receiver, 230 pounds and fast. One source said you would never know he's 30. He has really flashed in practice.

Starting to get real hope this will be more Eddie Kennison and not Shady, Benjamin or Leveon type situation.

If these reports are true, this is HUGE.

We need Josh Gordon to be a second #1 WR so we can score a touchdown every drive, that's the plan right now

If he can free up Hill and Kelce a bit like Watkins did I'll be stoked.

They need Gordon against Buffalo. Hopefully he will be ready to play. At this point, they need to be gunning for 50 points every game. The defense is bad enough that the offense needs to be incredible.

Reek' had high praise for Gordon after the game.

One thing about Gordon is he's always had great hands and is a contested catch machine. Even if he lost a step he's a much better option than what we have opposite of Reek'.

Maybe. We're the only team in NFL to have scored 50 and lose. So 60 is better.
