I am not worried about the season, nor the offense, nor the defense, after Sunday. But, after watching the game a second time, neither of those units were very good, and I feel like the offensive line struggled quite a bit on passing plays, and Bolton & Tranquil were bad. Without Punt God, Heil Harrison, and an unlikely defensive touchdown, we lose that game. And Mahomes threw two of his worst interceptions of his career. Yeah, that was a great one handed catch, but it was a terrible pass. And I still feel like we should win every game. I can have those feelings about the team's or player's performance and still believe we are going to make history and win our third Super Bowl in a row. |

Some of you are so ****ing ridiculous. You're right, the Chiefs played their C game at best and beat one of the best teams in the NFL. How exactly is that a bad thing? |

Also, the irony talking about being "realistic" when your expectations are essentially perfection.
The Chiefs had a tough opening schedule going up against both the best team in the AFC last year and our biggest competition in the AFC the last few years. They're 2-0, and it's still not good enough. There's nothing "realistic" about the expectations some of you have. |

The 2022 Chiefs had a ****ing disastrous loss to the Colts in the first month and everyone overreacted. Roll back those Texans and Colts losses in 2019. Always the same. SKY FALLING! |

Well these last two games will go a long ways towards making that a reality. Counting H2H they are essentially 3 games ahead of two of their biggest obstacles to the #1 seed.

Don't really care how they 'look' right now. I'll start paying attention to that and caring about it late December and January. |

Like for reals you doomers. Who even remembers what we used to do with ****ing scabs on offense during the Smith era.
We did shit like this. Leading rusher: Knile Davis. Leading receiver: Joe McKnight Please stop. We will do what we do. |

We'll be fine. We'll be right there with a shot at winning the whole thing at the end.

Old enough to remember 6 years ago when this board cried about Mahomes having to carry this franchise on his back and play perfect for us to have success.
Tyreek is gone, Mahomes hasn’t played great and Kelce has 39 yards in 2 games. The team is playing well together. This is a good thing |

Only thing that concerns me at this point is injuries, but next man up, and Andy and Spags will find the best way to use the talent we have.
We are 2-0. It was ugly yesterday, and frustrating at times, but we got the W. Regular season is a grind, and we are 2 wins closer to winning another division title and securing a playoff spot, which is our first goal. One game at a time. |
