We'll probably see it this weekend. The first one was great.

I'm looking forward to this, too.
Anyone here been watching the Riders/Defenders of Berk animated series? It is really well done and an enjoyable watch. I'm not sure if HTTYD 2 will fit into the timeline/plot of the series or if they'll just ignore it. |

My kids watch it and enjoy it. Probably just ignore it. They aged Hiccup 5 years. I think the series hes the same age as the first movie?

We enjoyed the first, and we'll eventually see this one, but not sure if it'll be in the theaters or not.

I am biased, but it is really good.
My anti authoritarian leanings tend to prevent me from truly enjoying stories about inherited leadership, yet I still really liked it! |

Great flick! tons of great dragon action, but never loses its heart.
It honestly felt fairly grownup in parts. It went places I've never seen a family animated flick go before. Very impressive. Posted via Mobile Device |

Just got back. Though I don't think it's better than the first, they almost never are. Still a great flick.

The world building, character development and creativity in the animation in this were incredible. second to none as far as family animated flicks go.

Just got back. I really wanted to like this movie but....... I thought it was just way to sappy at times.

I teared up in this movie hard. It was worth every penny I paid to go see and it is just as great as the first, for its own reasons.
