Tanoh Kpassagnon signs with the Saints

Hey y’all, resident Saints fan here. I just saw that the Saints are signing a former Chief Tanoh Kpassagnon. What can we expect from him? Is he just depth?

Hunt was fantastic, but ultimately didn’t work out for us unfortunately.

Crazy to think we could’ve had Kamara over Kpassagnon and Kittle over Chesson.

Kpass is just the second coming of Jon Baldwin.

Looked the part, but never really delivered. Remember that offseason workout video of Baldwin running at night? That was the highlight of his career.

Baldwins career stats, 44 rec, 607 yards, 2 TDs.

Talk about a bust. Kpass was way better then Baldwin'

Herbie Teope says Chiefs tries to re-sign Kpass -

Quote:
According to Kansas City Star beat writer Herbie Teope, the Chiefs attempted to bring back their former 2017 second-round draft pick. Kpassagnon instead chose to head to New Orleans, citing it as an “interesting opportunity,” per Teope.

Mahomes is the last man standing from his draft class.

Crazy to think that we only ended up with what has proven to be 1 undisputed great pick, and yet you can argue that this is the best draft in franchise history. If you were starting a team, you’d probably take this class over any other in team history.
Mahomes is a home run, Kpass started and.and.and. after he was done here another team signed him. Generally our 1,2, or 3 draft picks played here until their end of contract and nobody gave a shit. Hunt was a home run who didn't have the right support. To be honest, in terms of player personnel, to summarily dismiss him rather than give him a chance to redeem himself and do the time screwed us.

Not trying to rehash old news but had he been honest with the team there is a good chance they give him the opportunity to redeem himself.

If you combine that with the 2018 draft, it looks even worse. Mahomes and Nnadi are the only legit starters we've retained from those two drafts. That's providing Nnadi is a starter going forward.

But most of the posts are about exactly that. Plus your post per page count is way too low.

I would rather lament cancer derailing a possible HOF career for Berry. Than Hunt stunting his own career.
