What a disgrace. You know you’re bad when you’re undeniably worse than the Royals

Sr had wrists so quick that he could throw his bat out at that pitch off the plate and still finish the swing while fully extended. Suddenly he could drive the ball because he had wrist/hand strength unlikely anyone I've ever seen. Vlad just doesn't have that. What he HAD in the minors was a really good approach and feel for the zone. And he just completely abandoned it. That skill is still there. He's even demonstrated it in the majors. It just seems like he doesn't really give a shit. |

Plenty of season left for the Jays to bounce back, and sadly the flip side of that coin is the Royals have plenty of time to come back down to earth. I think the Royals caught the Jays at the right time, and did just enough offensively to win the season series. |

The royals have the largest run differential in the majors. That is typically a good indicator as to “are you as good as your record?” |

I swear last week you were blaming other things for them losing to KC and that this series would show that. Something along the lines of “We will show them when they play in Toronto”.

Didn't mean to come off like a Debbie Downer. I'm as thrilled as anyone to see the Royals playing good, winning baseball. Just trying to keep my hope and expectations tempered a bit as the season is so young.
