Getting old sucks

The older you get the less you can trust a fart to not turn into a shart.

Strength training also strengthens the bones.

I started taking Turmeric (it's a natural anti-inflammatory) for my thumb osteoarthritis.

Thumb pain was lessened severely.

What was increased severely?

Gas, stomach cramps and diarrhea. Googled it and its known side effect. After five days I hung it up.

So a few minutes ago I got in my car, started it, and then found myself fishing in my pocket for the keys.

Yeah, getting old sucks.

Looking for the glasses that I'm actually wearing is another good one. "Have you seen my [raises hand to face] - uh, never mind."

Admittedly, even in my younger days I was a bit flighty, so I didn't exactly start this downhill slide from a position of strength.
