2019 Free agency Thread

We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.

If any of you guys are interested, heres a good place to do some research.

Interesting article on the Chiefs philosophy with Spags this offseason. Good read for those wondering why we are attacking secondary and letting both of our name pass rushers go.

Well, Merritt would have coached him last year and would have the scoop on him.

I do remember Boston getting embarrased on a couple occassions last year by our receivers.

He puts up decent stats, but I find him soft, and he does not have good discipline. You can move him/manipulate him too easy.

If that doesn't make you have faith....

I used to QB for flag ball teams and I loved playing the teams that just rushed the same 2 guys every time. Teams that would mix it up and send anywhere between 1-5 guys were much more difficult to have success against.

I think that could happen just because he was with Merrit in Arizona last year and he's going to be cheap.

That happens a lot though. Our top 3 receivers are pretty damn good and our QB makes the right throws.

Raiders have multiple safeties who are visiting today, sources said, with George Iloka and Curtis Riley known to be bound for building. Team signed DB Lamarcus Joyner to a 4-year, $42M deal. But plan is for Joyner to work mainly at nickel corner. More safety help still desired.

I honestly would package our 1st and 2nd (we got in trade) to move up if Devin White falls around 10-15.
