2019 Free agency Thread

We don't really have one of these yet, so figured we could use this as a place to discuss potential free agent acquisitions and what we would like to look for them to bring in.

For some reason, I thought Veach would possibly try to resign Conley. Reid seemed to like him.

I had high hopes for him when we picked him, but never really developed to more than a number 3. Robinson made him expendable

I had forgotten we had signed a FB from Green Bay earlier this off season (Ripkowski) so I doubt if the Sausage will be back. I think Devey could be valuable as a utility OL if the price is right.

So the Chiefs appear to have about $25m in cap space left to spend if they want, who is left on the market at LB or DE?

Could we sign another Safety? There's a few left there right?

Definitly signing or trading for a CB.

Other than that, defensively it's hard to say. You need another safety but it could come through a high draft pick. Same for DL. Pretty sure an addition to the LB group, as needed, will come from the draft.
