Found a really good spice shop nearby that will put together customized rubs. I usually just make my own rubs but some of these are pretty fun.
Maple Sugar for breakfast dishes Ancho-Coffee Pepper-Shallot Carne Asada Back of the Yards (old stockyard neighborhood in Chicago) - basically Garlic Pepper Brisket I used the carne asada on some skirt steak last night that was fantastic, but I'm mostly just trying out Imgur for photos since Photobucket turded out. |
