Wife and I went to Grunauer for our anniversary. I had the Jager Schnitzel Vom Schwein and the wife had the Paprikahuhn.

Watched Lidia Bastianich make the most awesome meal the other day and I cant wait to repeat it this weekend
Bone-in pork chops Milanese - nothing too fancy here, just pound them as flat as possible, dip in an egg and heavy cream wash, then into your Italian style breadcrumbs, then fry them up Mozz stuffed tomatoes - again, nothing too fancy, just simple goodness... best tomatoes you can find + best mozzarella you can find + a fresh basil leaves, core out your maters and stuff with the above ingredients then drizzle generously with EVOO and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes Italian green beans - put your fresh green beans in some EVOO, minced garlic, pepper flake, lemon zest and towards the end squeeze the lemon into them and cook down a bit... I have never seen green beans look better than those did Serve with a nice, crispy on the outside bread |

We have cherry tomatoes and basil coming out of our eyeballs from two plants of each. This has happened more than once. |
