Tech's downfall was trying to play help defense. If they would have just let dude make that wide open layup. They would have still had the ball and a 1 pt lead with 10 seconds left. I get it, the natural reaction of a basketball player is to help but....woulda, coulda, shoulda....MAHOMES IS STILL OUR QUARTERBACK!

Man isn’t that fun seeing 2 programs battle for the title who have never even played for one?


Yet a lot of you reeruns follow college football where like 5-7 teams dominate every year forever. Seriously who gives a rat f*** if Mighty Mizzouche beats Ole Miss??? Or if Iowa beats Minnesota? Your teams will NEVER have the chance UVA and Tech has last night

They could, but not very often. This was a good FF. No real Top dogs. Closest is Mich State. The pressure gets to small teams like Butler, Florida Atlantic.

I doubt I will ever see Iowa as a #1 again. Those were good days. There are just too many teams that can win and a lot that can lose. Remember when the tourney was 36???

oh and

I was impressed how UVA went 12-12 in free throws during OT and TT went 0-0. Very impressive to play perfect ball while the other team commits foul after foul after foul. Nothing to see there, move on out.
