Multiple Seattle reporters mentioned that Seattle defenders saw Nix lock onto his first read and hand he took more time to go through progressions it didn’t go well.

What a shocker

When you started 61 games in college and are already limited physically, I'm just not sure how much better it can get for Nix.

Best case scenario he turns into an average starter, IMHO.

Colin Cowherd is going to go down fighting on his Nix love, all motivated by defending Payton. First ten minutes he says the Broncos can absorb the Wilson fiasco because they found their QB and that he wasn’t that bad yesterday.

My God this kid is horrific throwing downfield. He had time in all of these throws and they are all off target.

His accuracy numbers were like we said all offseason. Manufactured Alex Smith type short passes on designed plays.

He should have had 4 picks

The idea of Nix converting to WR is funny, until you remember by the time he's learned that position for a couple years, he'd be 2 years from retirement anyway.

Yeah, as I’ve said… I’ll never project under .500 - just can’t and won’t do it.

I’m not letting the poor showing kill me at this point. And I think Sean is in for the long haul with Bo starting. Barring injury or just a monumental crapping if the bed, I believe he will let Nix fight through it. And honestly, Inthink that’s the only way to go and the only way to see what he’s made of at this point. Good or bad.

I also look forward to you guys going 2-15 and then taking an OT at 1.1 so you can 'build around' Bo Nix.

Please - do that. Do EXACTLY that.

Mostly I hope you don't end up with Luther Burden. Because I really don't want to see that guy wasted in Denver. He'd actually downgrade going from Brady Cook to Bo Nix.

Without that stretch of games with the abnormal turnover rate Denver is sitting much prettier with a QB like Daniels to build around.

Unless Payton actually did have Bo Nix as the second overall QB in the class, which is far worse than him just blowing smoke up his own ass like he always does
