Hopefully no one is that poor in their football knowledge to think Nix is in any way close to Elway. The only thing that they have in common is they both are QBs who started for Denver.

I am no Elway fan at all, but he was a better athlete, QB, and prospect than Nix could ever hope to be.

The train wreck is coming next week, if they lose at home to Pitt. Especially if Wilson is starting. Ill laugh harder than I did when Hackett and the Jets beat you guys at home last year.
Well, if Wilson starts and PIT wins… yes, that will be a well deserved laugh.

The two worst starting QBs I've ever seen both played for Denver: Tebow and Nix.

I think if Wilson starts, Denver has a great chance to win. But if they lose, ...OMG!

It won't have anything to do with Wilson (or Fields). TJ Watt is going to near singlehandedly wreck your game plan. Nix was being harassed all day long by Nwosu, Mafe, and Hall.

That was a train wreck in SEA, will be interesting to see how they react this next week vs PIT.
Maybe their defense keeps them in the game because Pittsburgh’s offense is awful. But I am curious as to how much that Steeler defense abuses Nix and humiliates Payton. They made Atlanta who has far more offensive talent look bad.

Sunk cost fallacy probably saves him for now, but he's a huge part of the problem in Denver. His offense is outdated as hell and even when he had a HOF QB and elite playmakers like Thomas and Kamara in his scheme he still got routinely ousted by inferior competition in the playoffs. Denver would be very wise to rid themselves of him as soon as they can.

Sean is the one who wanted to get rid of Courtland Sutton, Tim Patrick and Jerry Jeudy. He’s also the one who drafted Marvin Mims and Troy Franklin.

Troy was inactive and has looked terrible in camp/preseason and Mims was the returner who can’t seem to even get snaps at WR.

All roads lead back to Sean

It's Monday morning. Where are all the DonkTards wanting to, "Talk football?" They were here during their preseason title run. Yet, oddly absent now...

Welp this ensures he's getting a YUGE extension middle of the season. Something like a 1-6 start and he gets the vote of confidence from the general and the ownership group and a couple years tacked on his deal to show they know ball and mean business.

I could see that. Donks will be picking in the top 10 maybe top 5 and will have the opportunity to get a better prospect than Bo Nix.

Nix never should have been taken with the 12th overall pick. Just suck it up and draft your DL/OL blue chipper at 12, roll with Stidham, finish season one of five worst teams, draft your franchise QB picking in top 5 instead of picking your franchise QB at 12 after 5 better QB prospects are off the board.
