No idea why we didn't just run the Bills gameplan with tons of quick game again. TB played nothing but 2 high safeties all game just like pretty much every team has this year.
It can't be that simple then right? I mean it seemed like even the quicker hitting stuff and check downs were bottled up too. Just receivers not winning quick enough? So really just no answers to having an OL full of backups? Why not chip and give TE help to the tackles? Frustrating! |

I doubt he retires but it was weird, looked like he didn’t want to be there. |

I can’t speak to Reid’s prior Super Bowls but I can’t imagine any of them having worst coaching decisions than those timeouts. We were LUCKY to only be down 8 points with a minute left. I truly believe that those timeouts ended any chance we had at winning the game given they directly led to a TD. And beyond the points, it absolutely destroyed the players mentally. You could see it on the sideline and on the field after it happened. |

A lot of game planning goes out the window when you fall behind as well. By the time we tried to run it was too late and dropped passes killed drives and score before we could establish anything. Mostly because the ol sucked of course.

Nothing Andy did matters. It was obviois we were not allowed to win the game. NFL gave Brady another for money and to stick it to Bill because they hate him.

Reid called plays like he just got out of a car wreck.

But I will say this... We did our job on the OL. 4 of 5 starters out and they were the right guys. Our OL depth isn't bad. I don't love Wylie but he, Remmers, wisnewski are fine enough depth. But these guys arent supposed to carry an OL. They're supposed to be guys who won't hurt you too much if a starter goes out. Few OLs will succeed when 4 of those guys step in. Worse, because our LT opted out it forced our backups not only to play, but to play out of position. our roster was not well equipped to handle the absolute worst case scenario. The worst of the worst. While I agree OL needs to be a focus I can't say this happened because we didn't focus enough on OL. |

I agree.. Having all these weapons for Pat is useless if the O-line is complete garbage. Pat couldn’t make it passed one or two reads and The new shiny toy CEH should have had a tremendous year but the weak oline can’t open holes and our rb’s are usually met in the backfield. Also we cant run 1 or 2 yards up gut for shit when we need it!

We’ve said it many times. We can’t be a team that relies simply on Mahomes doing crazy shit to bail us out of holes.
It isn’t sustainable even as good as he is. We have to add more talent. |

Per Nick Wright, NextGenStats reports Mahomes scrambled for 497yds under pressure last night. He was pressured more than any QB in NFL history. The OL wasn't just terrible, it was historically awful.

Biggest need for off-season now is Left Tackle. Then Center, another WR that is dangerous and another pass rusher. Hopefully KC can get a few vet ring chasers on the cheap here and kill the draft. |

I believe I saw a stat saying he was pressured on 52% of his dropbacks, most ever in a SuperBowl
