This.

They probably waited to announce it until after she announced she gone and stuff.

His off the field concerns duly seem to have been taking into account when looking at those numbers.

You manage the risk with provisions in the contract but also with the numbers.

Yeah, he needs to distance himself from her and her entire family as much a possible. If he has any contact with her to pick up the kids, he should have someone else with him and or be wearing a camera.

She's seems crazier than an outhouse rat. I wouldn't put it past her to make more stuff up, to try to extort money out of him and tarnish his name.

As far as the signing, sweet!

Like I said - I'm happy they got something done. And the team is in a better situation going forward for having done so.

I'm just getting a little greedy there as someone who thinks there's a genuine HoF career arc for Hill here if he stays for the duration of his career. I want MORE years of control if I can get them because the connection between him and Mahomes is just unreal and it will get harder and harder to keep Hill at market as Mahomes gets to his.
Yeah my initial reaction was that the terms were shorter than what i would've liked as well.

But as has been said, with the new CBA coming up it makes sense.

Awesome! Now Tyreek can buy his son a brand new arm cast for the next time he leaves his toys out on the floor!

This is ****ed up. Antonio Brown isn’t a bad guy yet the Raiders get more shit on him from the media then KC does for a child abuser. The media just gives KC nicknames “legion of zoom” & predicts them to go to the Super Bowl.

Better medical care for his son after the beatings. Nice.

Wow you can beat a lot of children with that kind of cash

Sweet! Loading up on hush money for family members.

18 mill a year for a receiver who will likely get caught on tape beating his son or girlfriend in the near future is way overpaid.

Fn sickening. I hope blows out both his knees on the same play.

Slap your wife and kid around, get paid. NFL is a wonderful place

Lesson here beat kids and women and get a fat contract in the nfl. Smoke weed and never see the field again.

The Jealousy it runs very hard, what you have is a bunch of fan bases that frankly know the Chiefs are a real threat. So what did they do? Convinced themselves that Hill was being suspended to give them a better chance and now that he isn't and the Chiefs are keeping him they are super pissed about it.

Nothing more than fans being mad they don't have Pat Mahomes and Tyreek Hill.

Only because it isn't $100M.

As has been pointed out, around $18-20Mill per is what he was always expected to get.
