Amazon Prime Video

Not sure this deserves it's own thread, but damn, there is a lot of outstanding content on Amazon. I've had it for years and never really gave it a shot. The HBO and Funny or Die catalogues alone make it worth the while. The originals are simply value added. I've been watching:

Curb Your Enthusiasm
Eastbound and Down
Zach Morris is Trash

Things in my queue:

Man in the High Castle
The Tick
Sneaky Pete
Jack Ryan

Would like to re-watch:

Sopranos
Between Two Ferns
Justified
Parks and Rec

Anything you'd recommend from Prime Video? I feel like a kid in a candy shop (without the requisite time to actually enjoy all the candy...)

It all depends on what you like. If you like their originals or certain shows, it’s great. For occasional movie viewing it mostly sucks. Most movies anymore cost extra even if you’re a Prime member. HD movies can be 7 or 8 bucks.

Oh, you wanna give me a video streaming service too? I'm in. How about music streaming and downloads? Done.

Yeah, I use the crap out of it.
Music streaming costs extra now too unless you have like one device and barely use it.

I haven't heard anything, but season 1 was end of August last year. So I'm guessing maybe later this year. Hard to tell...

Yeah, I saw the whole thing the weekend it came out. It's not high art, there's a few too many plot lines running at once, and there's some just plain dumb shit, but I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed Man in the High Castle season one, season two wasn't bad but I'm really struggling to get the motivation to get through season 3. Anyone else thinking it fell apart in the 3rd season?

Kind of hard to do that unless you can time travel to October 4th.
