A good set of carbide deburring tools for your drill or dremel works well with the nose hairs. Them hairs intertwangled with your stache hairs can get your shit all ****ed up

Also the Amish beard balm and a few drops of valvaline full synthetic mix that up for a good shine. WD40 works but you smell fish oil for days
