I'm suddenly realizing my main value to the team. You put together a group of people who are tough enough to survive, and then you bring me along as the historian. I will document your victories and your perseverance and my prose will make you the great heroes of the next civilization. If you bring me onto your team, you shall live forever in the hearts and minds of mankind.

Bwana he got guns lots of guns.
Bugeater he can build a fort for us. Warrior5 can gather an army to defend us. I think chiefs planet would gather together and make our own country with scouts getting women so we can have sexy time then build or steal weapons. |

I remain intrigued by this house in Las Vegas. If it was in my price range, I'd strongly consider it. Plus, you figure it'll be cooler during Las Vegas summers.
https://www.realtor.com/realestatean...4?ex=619282704 I'd still have a hard time shaking feelings of claustrophobia, though. I'm not a spelunker by nature. |

I like that it has a stripper pole right by the scenic mountain view mural.
It's been on the market almost 4 years. Offer them 3.75 and see what happens. |

I might have to go a little lower than 3.75. The property taxes are $7,778 per year. I was hoping that property taxes would only be levied on above-ground square footage. The nice thing, though, is that there's actually a reasonable amount of square footage above ground for the more conservative dweller. You could live upstairs if you wanted and just use the main underground space for puttering around. Here's more info: https://www.realtor.com/news/unique-...rground-house/ If you paid cash and needed a 10 percent return per year as a patient investor, you'd need to rent it out as an Airbnb for $3,000 a night, 200 nights per year. Is that possible? I mean, we're talking Las Vegas so I could see it happening. |
