You can like Nix while understanding that he's a high floor low ceiling old ass QB prospect.
God this just reinforces my assertion that I never want the Chiefs to draft a high floor QB.

Listen to these Bronco fans brag about Nix. “He’s smart! He’s accurate! He’s mobile! He’s a good intermediate thrower! He’s experienced!”

Now compare that to when we drafted Mahomes. “Huge harm! Elite ceiling! Made plays to keep a terrible college program with the worst defense in CFB competitive. Looks like Brett Favre!”

It’s not a good thing to gloat about a high floor QB being “smart and accurate!” when there’s proof all over the league that high ceiling type QB’s like Mahomes, Allen and Love have improved their accuracy and also had good football IQ to go with it.

Nix is gonna put them in football purgatory bc this isn’t the NFC where there aren’t a ton of elite caliber QB’s in the way.

I applaud Denver for taking a swing at it but man if you are then go big. Taking a guy off the board at 13 that you could have had in round 2 or 3 just seems silly. There are Nix all over the league as back-ups.

Bo should be allowed to play in shorts. He has urticating hairs on his legs. These hairs are covered in barbs, like the tarantula, can be flicked at charging defensive line men.

They could have gotten Lock back for dirt cheap. Even with his years of failure in the NFL he still has a higher ceiling than Nix.

If they wanted a smart, fast processing high floor QB with accuracy then they should have just signed Mac Jones

Dominated the SEC I've actually said multiple times that this will end up being a shit QB class and Bo being 6th is embarrassing for a team to take top 12 when he's a 3rd round talent

But they weren’t looking for a smart and accurate QB with a high floor and low ceiling.

They wanted a smart and accurate QB who also: makes plays with his legs, makes throws with bodies around him, is clutch, is masterful at executing the called play and elite when the play breaks down.

I don't think he's a bad prospect but figured they over payed by taking him so early. I don't know, maybe there was some team itching to move up but it felt very Daniel Jones to me...

None if this matters. You realize that right? This doesn't match what legit advanced scouts see
