I think they really over played their shit with Sean as well. There is nothing great about him. He got one ring with a stat gawd in Brees and that's it. Years and years they never went even back to the SB.

This kid got carried to a championship by his defense and running game. He's definitely got a lot in common with Elway and Peyton.
