The one thing I can't figure out is how all these teams go to a) no fans, b) sequestered players and support people, but then c) just think it can be business as usual with the locker rooms. Everyone knows that anything that gets into a locker room quickly explodes to a ton of players.

They really need to start thinking outside the box more. If you can just set up stalls and showers outside. If it's baseball - can't you just take your stuff home in a big bag and shower at home like little leaguers do? It's not like football or basketball where you're drenched to the bone in sweat.

Locker rooms are up there with bars and cruise ships imo - virus disasters waiting to happen.

Geezzzz every sport, all over the US athletes are testing positive.

All is not well. Maybe we should take this more seriously and quit behaving like it’s behind us already for chrissakes. I want to see another SB win.

A not so minor detail regarding the Clemson athletes:

According to the school, the majority of those testing positive were asymptomatic, and no one has thus far required hospitalization.

I don't know how major that is. I haven't read every post so maybe I missed it. I don't think anyone thinks young healthy athletes are the highest risk. It's the coaches and trainers and other staff that you should be more worried about.

The biggest question is how do you operate a functioning sports league if large chunks of players have to miss time. You do basically have to test everyone before every single game.
