The SNL Thread
I've been considering doing this for a while, so here goes. A thread to discuss anyone & anything relating to the show.

They keep a pretty tight lid on all images & apparently stay after youtube as well, so those kinds of things might be a 'lil hard to come by, but oh well.

Pretty much everyone here seems to be a fan of it on some level, so it might be kinda fun.

Its as close to Cant Miss Television as there is for me.

Notice how almost every sketch was about a product or brand?

The Be Real App — literally a commercial for what the app does.
Heineken Bottles in the bar guys hands.
Charmin bears
AMC spoof uses all the original commercial’s lines.
McDonalds, skit aligns with new adult collectible happy meal campaign launched that day

Five years ago they started taking money from brands to do product placement. It was only once or twice a show. Now it’s almost the whole show. Most likely because the ratings are so low they’re not making as much money on commercials.
