You know what I like about this thread?

The pretense upon which it was founded, and how it eventually bore the usual fruit for KC.

Funny how the narrative has shifted on the Donko boards.... from "Sanchez is an improvement from last year" to trying to figure out when the best stretch of the schedule is to bench him.

9-7 is their absolute best case, no major injury, scenario...only due to the thin air and soft schedule. It's really where they should have ended last season.. minus every conceivable lucky bounce going in their favor.

7-9/8-8 is where they end up...O-line gets at least one QB injured. No offensive leadership...

Every team is going to bring their best game.....2nd year Wade coached defenses always take a step back. Ware's chronic back problems/ Talib has two holes in his leg.

Shiney new Lombardi makes it all worthwhile. Also Lynch is looking damn good in TC. Booker is also looking good.

That's not what the practice reports say. You're as reeruned as Lynch it seems.

Can you imagine spending as much time thinking about a team other than your own as much as some of these nut jobs do?

Lynch has yet to practice against the starting defense...he's going against practice squad/ street college FAs, pre-season cuts. If it makes you feel good to marginalize the difference...have at it.

If he even sniffs the starting line-up this season...it's because they are out of play-off contention and grooming for 2017. If they want to ruin him...and put him behind that musical chairs of an O-line.. with the pressure of leading a SB winning team...more power to them.

It will just reinforce what a hatchet job Elway has done without his Manning pacifier...

No...I actually dont think about them too much. I just know Manning covered up a lot of flaws on that offense...and Elway did a shit job of fixing them before it was too late.

Do you really believe the team is going rally behind Sanchez when things go south? The vets know they have to say the right things in public...but they are seeing him stink it up in practice everyday.

Manning gave those around him the belief they could come back...Sanchez conjures up thoughts like "man, we're ****ed".

From reading the camp reports...it isn't really about deciding who is the best QB...it's figuring out who sucks the least.

You are essentially the 2015 Texans....in a much better division.

Irony...dont even try to explain the concept. If he understood ...he wouldn't have posted that.

Manning is gone and it's time to groom another HoF QB... You can have your retreads at QB, who knows, maybe Foles will beat out smithy for the starting job.

Sounds like a concession speech...

Hey, you guys got lucky for 4 years....but now you'll be battling the Chargers for cellar supremacy.

I'm interested in the mass psychology of Donko fans...they think all things lucky will fall their way, again, this season. Just like when Manning fell from heaven.....there will be several stages of grief...they are just starting to exit out of the denial stage...the anger stage will be entertaining.

Well, except KnoShow..he is permanently stuck in "glitter and Skittles" land...

Foles can certainly beat Sanchez or Lynch for a qb role
